Instructor Hal DeLaRosby
Hello! My name is Hal and I serve as the CFANS Assistant Dean for Student Services & International Programs. In addition to teaching in the Leadership Minor, I also teach short-term study abroad courses (upcoming classes include France in August 2026 and Denmark & Sweden in May 2027). A recent leadership project I have been involved with is developing Crisp, a behaviorally smart SMS chatbot. I enjoy teaching the LEAD 1961W course to introduce students to the multiple frameworks of leadership and prepare students for future leadership experiences.
